I’ve been working out for 3+ years now, I’ve started with Spinning, then Spinning and weight lifting, then weight lifting and jogging.

During these three years I have had a wrist surgery that let me out for five months.

Now because of the job, I’ve almost left the gym, but I manage to go at least two days a week, I try to work Chest, back and legs on those days.

If you ever find yourself in this situation, of having too few time to hit the iron, try to at least work chest, back and legs one time per week each.

That way when you finally found more time, it will not be too difficult to go back, and recover your original performance.

Remember, you need to keep working out, or you will loose all your effort.
