Date: 2007-12-16 00:00:00 -0400

Gnome Logo

If you as the most of Linux users, are coming from Windows, you maybe are missing the clipboard manager that lets you copy and paste and also have a history of the copied objects so you can choose which one of them to paste, well if you are now using Gnome you also have that feature, just need to install it.

Debian / Ubuntu

sudo apt-get install glipper

Fedora / Centos

sudo yum install glipper

once installed, you only need to launch it from the menu:

Applications->Accessories->Glipper

It will appear on the right upper corner of your screen, and now you have the features you were missing.
