"Lenovo announced its plans at the start of LinuxWorld, an annual conference for information-technology managers being held in San Francisco this week."

Last year we have heard the same from Lenovo and nothing happened, may this time the announcement comes truth, Even if Suse is not your favorite Distro, the good news are that if it supports Suse should not be difficult to install any other Linux Distribution.

Anyway it has been normally easy to install Linux on Lenovo and IBM Laptops, the good thing now is that we are not going to be forced to pay for the Microsoft license just to erase the Windows from the Laptop to install Linux, but maybe we will have to wait to see if we will not be completely free of paying Microsoft, due to the agreement between Novel and Microsoft.
