How the Debian team deal with romance

We all know that romance requires dating, and other stuff, so that demand time, time the Debian developers may not have, so they are going to take the time they use for the project and use it in dating. That is wrong for Debian, so here is how to deal with those issues.
But think about that in the long term if there is no romance for Debian developers, we may loose the next generation of Debian developers. So, a good solution in the short term, but a wrong one in the long term.
